Delivery UK

Art of Giving will make every effort to ensure that where possible goods will be dispatched within two to three working days, and to achieve delivery to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order, provided the products are in stock. However, from time to time, through circumstances beyond our control, this may not be possible due to a product proving incredibly popular or with busy periods such as Christmas or during any sales. A small number of items may take longer to arrive. If goods are to be sent to more than one address, the delivery charges as listed below will apply for each separate delivery address. Please see below for next day and overseas deliveries. Please allow up to 30 days for out of stock items and overseas orders.

Standard Delivery

UK orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of an order being placed. Standard service costs are as listed below in gold.

European Deliveries

Any parcels for dispatch to European countries will cost as listed below. Deliveries to all other countries not in Europe will be subject to the costs for Overseas Deliveries, as set out below. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.

Overseas Deliveries

Overseas orders will be sent by air. The cost for dispatching goods overseas commences at £19.99, with further increases as set out in the table below. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.

There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK, Art of Giving is not responsible for paying these charges.

For specific fragile or higher priced items, delivery options will be forwarded, following purchase, to the client to confirm and settle payment for packaging/shipping costs.

If you order more than one item, these may be coming from different locations and therefore will arrive in separate parcels.

Order Tracking

It is possible to view your orders online. If you logged in using your password you may have online access to your order history and track progress of any current orders.
